We'll
start with a session to establish your vision. We'll discover together
where have you been, where are you now, and where would you like to
go. We'll also establish ground rules and mutually design our alliance
towards our goal of making this partnership as powerful as possible.
This usually takes between 2-3 hours in total though it can be broken
into smaller sessions as well.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching
sessions will continue from that point forward on a schedule we
co-design. In most cases this looks like 2-3 sessions monthly between
30-45 minutes either in person or on the phone. In between sessions,
I'm available by email or phone for "spot" coaching.
In
most cases clients work with me between 6-12 months but this is also
designed as we go. Fees are due monthly on a schedule that we create
